Patrick Mosher is an author, speaker, advisor, consultant, coach, mentor, teacher, husband, father and granddaddy.

He's passionate about helping individuals, teams and organizations get from Point A to Point B -- with Energy, Momentum....and Achieving Success!  Dreaming is easy.  Dreaming up amazing strategies and goals is GREAT.  Executing those strategies and living INTO those dreams?  Well, that's where the journey gets REAL interesting and where most people and organizations need a little help!

Showing up Authentically in 1:1 dialogues, small groups, teams, and even large-scale change, exchanges the most VALUE.

Unique and Diverse Experiences

Patrick believes in getting from Point A to Point B.  Life is a set of accumulated decisions and experiences.  SOMETIMES you stand before a portal you just have to take....and it changes your life.  So goes Patrick's interests and career path...

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Master's degree in Organization Communication
  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management
  • All but dissertation, PhD in Organization Behavior
  • Dancer and Choreographer, Purdue Repertory Dance Theater
  • 25 years participating in Lakota ceremonies on Pine Ridge Reservation
  • Tai Chi Instructor

Oh yes...and a 28 year consulting career with Accenture!

On over 80 projects across 5 continents, he helped Global 1000 executives implement their most complex strategies:  post-merger integrations, new company launches, new product launches, huge technology implementations, global sales academies.

He's a world class consultant and yet considers himself a 30-year student of human decision-making, motivation and leadership.  His 'secret agenda' on all 80+ projects was looking for that 'success algorithm" to customize unique paths for people and organizations to make sound decisions and take the most effective actions to achieve success.

Patrick is a TedX speaker and is a keynote speaker to international audiences!  He was invited to Brendon Burchard's stage at his High Performance Academy.  An impromptu address to 2000 people!

Most recently, he conducted his Annual Wisdom Council in Machu Picchu.  Wisdom Council members spent 4 days discovering and honing their BIGGEST contribution to the world - their legacy!  What better place to gain inspiration than in one of the seven wonders of the world, Machu Picchu.

For this year's Wisdom Council, members gain inspiration to build their legacy by exploring 6th Century Glendalough in Ireland  (https://WisdomCouncil.Live).
