Here’s a simple way to prioritize your existing relationships and grow your business!

Write down the names of 5 people you know, one line each (Column 1, NAME), that you feel would potentially help you amplify or grow your business.

They may be a potential, or existing client, coach, connector or collaborator.

Create a new column (Column 2, POTENTIAL IMPACT) and rate each person based on how you feel about their POTENTIAL impact to help grow your business (1 not at all, 5 big time)!

Create a new column (Column 3, ACTUAL IMPACT) and rate each person based on how you feel they’re helping you ACTUALLY impact the growth of your business (1 not at all, 5 big time)!

Create a new column (Column 4, PRIORITY) and subtract column 3 from column 2.

Example, Bob Smith, 5, 1, 4.

Develop your ACTION PLAN, prioritizing to reach out to those who have 3s or above, and see how you can collaborate & grow!
