We've all experienced the thrill and nerves of going on a first date - dressing up, feeling excited and alive, hungering to connect with someone new in a visceral way.

Well, that's exactly the mindset I share in this week’s Weekly Wisdom video (above), and I want you to cultivate that when telling your stories.

In this 3-day challenge, you'll rekindle the passion for your signature stories by treating each retelling like a first date.

Day 1: Fall in Love Again

Revisit your most meaningful story and write out a vivid recollection of when you first crafted or experienced it.

Describe the sights, sounds, smells - all the details that made it feel so alive. Hold onto that fresh feeling.

Day 2: Get Reacquainted

Now take your story on a "date." Write out a paragraph describing how you'd enthusiastically share it with someone brand new, staying present and feeling those sparks of excitement.

Read it aloud and embody that energy.

Day 3: Read the Room

Finally, identify 2 to 3 upcoming situations where you could share your re-romanced story.

Note how you may want to adapt your telling style for each audience/setting.
