Transform how you market your offer (or even your job search) by treating customer experience as a rapid experiment. Complete one full loop in just 7 days.
Day 1: Choose Your Anchor
Pick one specific project or offer to focus on (e.g., your product/service, a job application, or a personal goal).
Day 2: Listen to the Them
Write down the real conversation happening in your customer’s (or employer’s) mind right now — burnout, overwhelm, lack of time, fractured world, etc.
Day 3: Hypothesize the Experience
Create a clear hypothesis:
“I hypothesize that a high-value, differentiated, relevant customer experience for them is ________________.”
Day 4: Ship It (Imperfectly)
Put your hypothesized experience out into the world — send the message, make the call, post the content, or submit the application.
No perfection allowed.
Day 5–6: Analyze the Results
Gather feedback. Ask: What worked? What didn’t? Did it land in their conversation? Rate it (e.g., 80% good / 20% tweak or 20% good / 80% overhaul).
Day 7: Re-Hypothesize & Plan Next Loop
Adjust based on real data.
Write your new, improved hypothesis and decide your next action.

Give yourself only 27 seconds to feel bad if it doesn’t work — then immediately move to analysis and re-hypothesizing!
