1) Name the thing you consistently do poorly and usually beat yourself up for.
2) Recall one time that flaw created a delay, a detour, or a mess.
3) Ask what you only got because of that detour — a person, a moment, a lesson, or a spared mistake.
4) If nothing obvious shows up, write one way the universe could still be using it.
5) Give yourself the same line he landed on: “I do this, and that’s okay."
