Embark on this 7-day challenge to apply physics principles and build unstoppable momentum for your movement!
Day 1: Define Your Mass (Effort)
Pick one goal (e.g., a side project or habit).
Commit to consistent daily effort—set a minimum time block (like 30 minutes) you can sustain without burnout.
Day 2 & 3: Accelerate Velocity (Actions & Decisions)
Break your goal into small, quick-win actions.
Make 3-5 decisions daily to advance it (e.g., research, create, or test).
Track speed: Aim to complete them faster each day.
Day 4 & 5: Align Direction (Focus Vector)
Eliminate distractions—list competing tasks and shelve them.
Visualize your team or self pushing a "ball" in one direction: Ensure all efforts point toward the core goal.
Day 6: Build & Test Momentum
Review progress: Calculate "momentum" by multiplying effort hours by actions completed.
Adjust if it's stalling (e.g., add accountability partners for unified push).
Day 7: Sustain & Reflect
Celebrate wins and plan ongoing habits.
Reflect: How has sustained energy, speed, and direction transformed your progress?
Scale it to bigger goals.
