Step 1: Name your Unchanging Core

Ask yourself: “What’s the ONE thing that’s mattered most throughout my life?”

Write it in one sentence.

(Mine? Authentic Interaction — my Trojan horse!)

Step 2: Tie it to Your Current Work

Answer: “What is my unit of value right now — for this project, job, movement, or offer?”

(Be specific. If it’s a job, name the key project inside it.)

Step 3: Pick 1 Interaction & Apply the SuSuFu Framework

Choose a real conversation happening today and run it through:

• Set Up (Did I make prepare to make it feel genuine?)
• Show Up (Was I fully present & intentional?)
• Follow Up (Did I close the loop meaningfully?)
