Turn any room size into a win!

1) Notice the number — When fewer people show up than expected, pause before you react.

2) Reframe it — Say to yourself: “These are the people I’m supposed to go deep with today.”

3) Optimize for who’s here — Adjust the format, pace, or questions so the smaller group gets more value, not less.

4) Go all in — Treat the session as if it’s the perfect size, whether it’s 30, 8, or just 2.

5) Capture one insight — At the end, note one thing that only became possible because the group was this size.

Do this the next time a meeting, call, or session has lower turnout than you hoped.
