So GOOD!
Day 1: Name It
Pick one “flaw” or limitation that still frustrates you.
Write it down in one sentence, without softening or defending it.
Day 2: Feel the Resistance
Notice what happens in your body and mind when you think about it.
Where do you tighten, rush, or shut down?
Just observe for two minutes. Don’t try to fix it.
Day 3: Look for the Portal
Ask: “What has this limitation forced me to develop, see, or become that I wouldn’t have otherwise?”
Write at least one honest answer, even if it feels small.
Day 4: Practice the Mystery
Whenever frustration about it shows up today, pause and say:
“I don’t fully know why this is here. I’m willing to let it be what it is.”
Then return to what you can do.
Day 5: Choose One Response
Decide on one small way you’ll relate to this flaw differently going forward (more awareness, less fight, or using the strength it gave you).
Write it down and do it once today.
