Your Challenge (Do this in the next 7 days):

Step 1: Identify Your 35 Seconds

• Pick one key customer interaction where you only have a very short window to make an impact (a sales call, meeting, email, social DM, or quick conversation).
• Write down exactly how much time you realistically have. 

Step 2: Set Up a Smart "iPad"

• Prepare a simple, personalized version of your message or presentation.
• Make it dynamic — something you can adjust quickly based on who you're talking to (use a slide deck, Notion page, Canva link, or even a Google Doc).

Step 3: Show Up & Track

• During the interaction, pay close attention to what resonates.
• Time how long they engage with each part (or simply note what holds their attention vs. what they skip/glaze over).
• Jot down quick notes right after: “This worked” or “This fell flat.”

Step 4: Follow Up & Close the Loop

• Send your notes and observations to yourself or your marketing/sales team.
• Ask: What should we change for next time?
• Update your materials based on what you learned.
