Commit to one project or job search task and follow along for a week to build lasting habits.
Day 1: Define Your Mode –
Assess your current project: Are you in "start mode" with heroic efforts? Journal why and decide to shift to "sustain mode" for uninterrupted flow.
Day 2: List Your Targets –
Create a list of 3-5 research targets (e.g., companies or goals). Estimate time for each (e.g., 6-7 hours) to avoid vague planning.
Day 3: Build a Work Plan –
